Forno Appliances review: Forno oven malfunction and dangerous

We just purchased a new home with this range in it on June 8, 2023.

Tonight when I used the smaller oven it started smoke from the door. It was a horrible smell.

Then the outside of the oven got so hot, it burned my hand.

Then to top it off, the oven would not turn off… it just kept getting hotter and hotter.

The oven should NOT get hot on the outside. Even the knobs were so hot I could not touch them. This could have burned my grandbabies.
