Forest Home Improvement Association [FHIA] review: Windows and doors

I was having issues with both doors the front door the guy threw away a piece of the door left it on the other door and I needed it on the new door, but it got thrown away so my lock just kept spinning it wouldn’t lock it wouldn’t catch so I had to go buy another lock. I did that well I had someone else to put it on cause it took them forever to get out there. This was my lock on door it takes them way to long it has been 6 months now for them to even come bk for the 2nd time This all started in May. They put my doors in in October then when I had the problem it was gonna take forever so I had someone to change the lock, They did reimburse me for the lock, but I went ahead and had somebody do it because they take forever OK so now they won’t fix the problem cause someone else put the lock on it’s happened again and if the the other lock piece wouldn’t have been thrown away, maybe we wouldn’t have had this problem to begin with but it took them forever to come out and even check the stuff. See what was going on cause I had problems with the back door too, but this is my lock. I had to have it fixed ASAP and it wasn’t gonna be asap for them to come out it all started when they installed it and eventually there is something wrong with the installation of the door, but they need to fix this . I’m still having problems with both doors the back door they came and looked at as well. They supposedly fixed it. Well, it went right back to the same thing both doors back was not locking right either . They need to fix the door front door as well as the back door it has taken them six months for them to come back and check my doors and now they don’t wanna fix the front door because it’s someone else put the lock back on, but I had to take them forever to come out to check the stuff and then to even repair it it takes forever. This is a joke. They’re the ones that installed the door and evidently there’s a problem with the installation of the door. Getting the new lock should be evidence of that. No they need to fix the front door. and also the installation with the windows the caulking was terrible terrible OK and then the inside of my home with the windows they chipped off some of the wall or or put dancing in the window panes and if I can’t fix it then they’re gonna have to reimburse me or fix that too. This has been the worst experience.
