1 August account was debited twice for an amount of R388.99. We have called,messaged and emailed.We were advised at first the second payment was not reflecting We called the bank and were advised that the company needs to send us a release letter. Called the company again to advise them of this. The bank confirmed 2 payments but the second one was not yet processed. That was the 1st today is the 8th we still have waiting for our money. The bank also confirmed that it is a card payment so they cannot refund. Spoke to kuban from flycool. He advised that he spoke to Vumatel and advised them of the letter we are since waiting. Honestly I do not think Kuban who claimed he is the manager took this serious. We have been chasing him for updates.This morning we called the babk again now told Flycool/Vumatel needs to refund. We are dealing with Capitec Bank. All we want is our money. I explained to Kuban the urgency of the money. We incurred bank charges because of this but most importantly that money was allocated for something else. I cannot explain the stress and pressure this has caused. I feel that the companies involved have not taken this seriously perhaps R388.99 is not a big amount for them but for honestly its bread and butter.

Desired outcome: I need my money and compensation for calls and all honesty that money was for kids lunch
