I have had had this company for 45 months and wanted to cancel my service but they want me to buy out my contract. My original contract was for 39 months which I fulfilled under the assumption it would continue indefinitely at the $32.99 per month rate. When I tried to cancel they tell me my contract automatically renewed for 39 months at the end of my original contract. I went a read and read the small print and saw where they have the legal right to do that if you do not submit a request for cancellation by Fax within 30 days of the original term ending. I was not told this by the sales person at the time of purchase. He assured me I could cancel at 39 months or continue indefinitely at the agreed upon price. I understand they have me over a barrel legally but want to warn anyone considering a contract with them to look it over with a fine tooth comb or, better yet, an attorney. I feel a company that has to use deceptive practices to maintain a customer base is a company most honest hard working people should want to avoid.

Desired outcome: For them to cancel my account with no financial penalty.
