Enchanted florist owner David Lach was contacted to florals for a 40 table fundraiser event at a Tinley Park country club. Over a two month period, the following correspondence was conducted - ultimately resulting in our organization having to find a 'last-minute' florist, under immense pressure, due to David's lack of professionalism: Three detailed emails were sent to him outlining our ideas and desires. Subsequently, three lengthy telephone conversations further narrowed the parameters for this project. Lastly, we met face-to-face on two occasions during which we reached a point were the vision, budget and requirements of this event were fully understood. On one of those occasions David had agreed to provide centerpiece samples but failed to do so, offering no explanation. This was not a major red flag because he had serviced our organization's fundraiser the previous year with no problem. We therefore continued to attempt to do business with The Enchanted Florist, making repeated calls to see samples and finalize the contract. Bottom line: he avoided our call which were not returned until a mere 10 days prior to our event.

What a shame I did not read this! For some odd reason my card was declined as well. I have just received an e-mail from Flora Nische with my full card details on. Absolutely no concept of internet security. I tried to find a complaints process on their website - but NOTHING. A secure payment process is advertised but quite the opposite is true. I would appreciate a way to take this further ...am now looking into consumer complaints body in South Africa and here in London that will cover this company. Their conduct is not on!. I am definately writing to 'Proudly South Africa' as they carry their logo and must be compliant to their standards.

this is david from the enchanted florist
i went to numerous suppliers and made tons of phone calls to attempt to locate the desired containers for the event to construct the samples
i left several messages relaying this information with no calls back?
after doing the event last year at MY COST and agreeing to do the event this year AGAIN AT MY COST and NO CHARGE FOR ALL RENTAL ITEMS...with no problem in doing so for a worthy charity event
the thanks i get is a registered complaint?
after spending hours making phone calls and taking trips to vendor warehouses to accomodate the desired container?
frankly i am perplexed, upset and hurt at this
