Florida Snap Benefits in Pensacola review: 4 months no food stamps.

I have been waiting 4 months for my food stamps to get renewed. The only thing different was my FreInd paid a 50 phone bill payment for me. So they asked for a letter with his general info. name address ect. And statement from him that he made one time payment of 50 on my phone. I hand delivered this letter to office and was told it was fine. Then whomever they sent it to said they couldn't read it. So I was denied I took a second letter in to office for July. Lady at desk could not understand why it keeps asking for proof of unearned income and said she has no problem with either letter she could read just fine. She contacted supervisor via email response time should be 3 days max. Since I'm homeless should be expidited No call! I was told next time I got in touch with them the same thing said they emailed the supervisors supervisor and said 3 days still no call and still 4 months with no food benifits on my card. I'm at my breaking point and have thought about suicide due to this unessary delay and my burden on those who are feeding me telling them every month I will replace food I've eaten looking like a liar because nothing is happening. PLEASE HELP!
