I upgraded from S10 to the S20 Ultra about 14 months ago. My phone was taken off my work table while working on Friday 23 September 2022 I immediately went to Google find my phone. It gave me the address of my work and my staff and I started looking for the ph.one but could not find it. I decided not to report it stolen till I was 100% sure of my facts. The weekend I googled find my phone again and it still gave me the same address. My work place. I went back Saterday and Su day and searched as I have work info on my phone. But we could not find it and on Monday I decided to report it sten as I was now sure the phone is definately sten. I forwarded the case number and affidavit to cellsure and reported to Vodacom who assisted Mr. After many calls to cellsure they informed me today that my clai will not be honored because I took too long to report the incident. I explained myself but its not been accepted. I am desperately unhappy as I put honesty first. This is what I got in return.

I hope you are able to assist me as J cannot function properly without a phone. In the first place, they insured the incorrect phone. Not the one I asked to be insured on my contract. However they said I could lay the monthly amount missed so they will still assist me.
