This company provides mortgage commitments that are not based on anything and then collects a 1% commitment fee which is non-refundable. They are only concerned with getting the upfront fee and could care less about funding the loans. They look for every reason possible not to fund the loan and then they do NOT respond to emails or phone calls. They do Not provide underwriting guidelines but will say that we do not accept whatever you send to underwriting. They are a complete and utter disaster and should be stopped. They make you pay for an appraisal right away and have not done any due diligence so you lose even more money.
Desired outcome: Refund of my clients commitment fees. ($10,000 and $3200)
These people need to be reported to someone in authority, who can get them punished. I have lost over $50,000. 00 dealing with them. SCAMM!
I am also a victim of this messy company. The owner,and his business need to be put out of business and taken to court. They need to pay me back more than $46,000.00. We have lost money,and clients dealing with these clowns. Who can help?

They are a total scam, stay away. Want $2,000 commitment fee upfront, tell you aporoved great terms , then after you pay for apraisal they change terms along with going up to gourmet points, $164,000 loan had a $11,000 total in just lender fees. I never seen my commitment fees . Stay away, far away.
