My apartment complex sent emails about signing up for it to make paying rent easier but #1 they charge you more than your actual rent #2 they did not process my payment for October due to their app having what they called “software glitches”. I was advised it would pull and the website also states it will attempt again on the 5th by 1pm which is what I was waiting for but it never happened. #3 The customer support is basically nonexistent with no sense of urgency. I got a response back from a Jocelyn after attempting to contact them many times.1st she said you can’t self submit the first payment. Then in another email she said that I could go on the app and submit a self payment but the app nor the website was allowing me to do so. I advised her of this at least twice in my responses.This caused me to be late and incur fees for the first time since living here.I cancelled immediately and will never use this service again!
