On 9/28 I purchased 36.00 worth of lottery tickets. The computer went down so I asked if there was an ATM machine available. The customer service rep said to wait a minute and it would probably come back up. It did but I was charged twice for the transaction. I called the store and told them what happened, I explained I was charged twice for the transaction. I was told to contact my bank which I did not understand. I went to the bank and told them what happened. The teller could see where I was charged twice back to back and said the Flash Market should have refunded my money. I went back to the Flash Market with the information from the bank. I asked to speak to a manager but the manager was on a Zoom call. I was given a phone number that is disconnected. I went back to the Flash Market and asked for a number that works. As of today 10/03/23 I still
have not received my refund.
Desired outcome: I want the 36.00 refunded back to me.
