I ordered a hoodie from Fishing Chalet and they won't respond to any Questions about my order. There e-mail address isn't even real. They took my money and I believe they are a scam. I have a Confirmation number # E7V1Z4WQC. This order was sent 11/14 2022. It was paid by credit card and they took out my payment on the same day. I cannot get any response from them.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a refund and a response.
