First Premier Bank - Closed Cards but could not give info or have a fraud time to contact

I have 2 cards, hardly ever use, since 2007, kept open to prevent credit score drop. I get a letter saying "potential fraud" associated with social or address, but could not give me details, nor let me speak with a security/fraud team member, stated that they did not take calls. No fraudulent charges were made, just an application came in with similar info? What if I had a roommate with same address? They told me the only way to keep my accounts is to send them copy of social security card, or taxes or W2, and driver's license. This is ridiculous, for a fraudulent application and could not tell me what it was. They did not put alert outside their company, which is odd. I should not have to provide copies of these, just close those cards and send new ones. They are about to ruin my credit with closed accounts, for "potential" fraud, an application, that you could not provide details for. I want new cards sent and correct this issue. I worked for years to build my credit up, for this fake, unprofessional company to ruin it over potential, but could not provide details. They are so worried about my credit security, but did not send alerts to credit company outside their company, makes no sense

Desired outcome: Send new cards without all that verification

First Premier Bank - company took money out of my checking acct

I was checking my bank account online & noticed that on 10-15-19 this company took money out of my checking account twice. It was apparently an ACH transfer, but one was $14.24 & the other was $187.00! I have no idea how this happened & now am worried about all my money being stolen. My bank said the name attached to each one was Brandon Wallace, someone who I do not know. I have to fill out a form to dispute the charges, but in the mean time I have no idea if it's going to happen again. Tried calling the company & of course no one was there on a Saturday. Will keep trying to call, but I'm very busy. Anything ya'll can do, let me know. Thank you.

First Premier Bank - false statements attempt to defraud

After paying minimum payment due $36.00 a first premier bank employee calls me stating they have not recieved my payment-that late charges-bank fees-card fees are added and demand payment. The payment was within there system, and there custody this was verified by the banks automated phone system [protected] . The bank recied my payment the very day of the demand for payment call by banks acting agent. There was no justification calling me in the first place, lying stating my payment is not there, demanding payment and other charges be paid. My account was set up for payment after the 1st a custom and practice by over 3yrs of evidence within their records on file and my payment history . I was told 3 yrs prior by a bank phone employee in card services there is a 5 day grace before adverse banking action . The 1st of October to the date of call the 6th the grace time had not expierd my payment was in their custody by the 6th, and their collections call was on the 6th. Ive closed my account having been lied to by bank staff, there actions violating breach of verbal contract making false statements, adverse credit reporting based on false none payment charges, and reporting on to my credit history.

First Premier Bank - fraud and scam!

I had an account with First Premier Bank and I canceled the card due to the fact that I was being charged monthly fees on top of numerous one-time fees. It was just too much to handle. Since I have canceled, I have been charges more fees and I checked the balance and recent charges and there are more charges after I canceled the card. This is not right and I think that something should be done about all of this wrongdoing. People are already having hard times now as it is without companies taking extra advantage.

I received a credit card I never applied for in the mail. When you call the number on the card, there is no option to speak to a customer representative. I finally found a way to get through - the customer service representative tried to tell me it had been fraudulently opened. I know the is not true because I have a credit stop on any new credit with Equifax. There is no way First Premier bank could have done a credit check to issue this card since I would have been notified of it. This company is fraudulent and should be investigated !

I almost fell for the Premier Bank Scam. Fortunately I did some on-line research and was happy I did not fall for it. They offered credit a limit of $350.00. All I had to do was make an initial purchase with the card and then I would be billed for $171.00 - covering a myriad of fees. I almost did it. But I thought something was wrong. Even the envelope the offer came in smelled bad! Surely something can be done about this...
