I know that I owe these people, but it seem as if there should be a crime to call someone every hour in one day. It should also be a crime to call them from different or personal number t try and trick you to answer your phone. That is what this company does. Yes I owe them, but that does not give them the right to harass me every hour. I do not answer my phone at all any more. When you talk to them and tell them I do not have the money to pay them, they will not except that they will keep you on the phone forever until you give them a date. I don't have and I don not know when I will. What can I do about this any one know. I need to know what step to take to at least get them to stop calling me at work, and calling my sister, and Mom.
Once this business with these people are done I will not go to them again for anything and would NOT recommend this company . Never more than a few days or so late and was talked down to like I was the worst low life ever. Live in New Albany, MS. Worst company ever . Stay AWAY from them.
They have been harrassing us for months and they have started draining our bank account. Some judge gave them permission because they send the summons to our old address even though they have our current address because we still get bills from them
I make my payments every month never late. Its due on the 3rd. Except on the 1st of every single month they call up to 10 times an hour. Its harassment and I have had it! Last 2 months they've said calls would stop. They havent. So I am calling Attorney General Jim Hood and reporting harassment. THERE ARE LAWS AGAINST THIS ACTIVITY!
