Firestone/Tires Plus review: Lack of customer service and total waste of my time!!!

I wrote a review on November 10th, 2022 that was lengthy and clearly explained my severe disappointment in the way I was treated on 2 occasions at the Tires Plus location in Bonita Springs, FL. After posting a review on their website (and getting no response from the Store owner/Manager), I was asked to write and submit a review here. I have gotten no response and again I am reaching out before I go back and post another review or more on the company website. Thank you for your prompt attention and response to this matter.
