Finwell review: Service not rendered but my money is gone

I got a call from Finwell on the 12th of march after my consodation loan from bayport was declined, they told me that bayport referred them to me so they can help me fix my credit score. So we agreed that I will pay them r685 for them to help me negotiate with my creditors for a lower monthly installment, I paid that r685 they didn't help me even now.. They gave me a bank account to deposit the first r5000 (proof attached) for them to distribute it to my creditors even now I didn't get the statement or feedback, april also they debited r5000 they didn't give me a statement.. So now they are telling me that the first r5000 is for them which something we didn't agree upon. Finwell took my r10 000 and promised to pay my creditors on my behalf, they didn't now they are giving me run around.. I'm afraid that my creditors will blacklist me. Because finwell didn't contact neither of them. Please help me get my money back and cancel the mediation with finwell. My file no is fw47392
