This pack of 12 Chocolates was completely covered with Fungus and rotten stuff. A company of this standards is not expected to deliver such low grades of quality. Very disgusting and un ethical ways of doing business is been show cased by this international brand operating in India. Please check the pics attached below
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Ferrero has fungus on it . All 16 pieces in the box has it. Its expiry is almost 1 yr ahead. Not expected for suvh a big brandz. I want my refund
