FBB Full Beauty Reward complaint review: Awards program that I have been billed for but never asked for.

In going through my recent credit card bill I found a charge for 15.94. I started checking and I have received this charge every month starting December of 2021 and I never noticed it there. I have contacted my credit card company but they said I should try to resolve with you first and if you would not re-emburse and cancel what ever that awards program is, then contact them and they would handle from there.

I did not order or join the awards program I do not know how I didn't see this charge before but I am furious. I buy very little from FBB Full Beauty why would I ever joining something like that.
