Village Place apartments at 32 17th Street San Diego Ca 92101, aka New Jack City is operating as a crack house. Many blacks with drug, prison and criminal records reside and rule there. Willie Ray Meadows DOB [protected] is a black male with a long criminal and prison record who deals drugs and may be under the influence. He is in and out of Veronica's unit 302, and he is in unit 321, having sex with her and keeping her high with meth, crack and ecstasy. If you do not agree to be a crack head, you cannot live at Father Joe Villages permanent housing units, especially Village Place apartments. Willie Ray Meadow's is involved with sex traffickers. His mother is Annie Mae Holmes of 7856 Gribble Street San Diego Ca in Skyline Hills. He drives a brand new car almost every month. Do not trust this man. Also involved in drug crime are Regina White of unit 212, Lorraine Prenters of unit 321, Mike Hoffman of unit 208, Veronica of unit 302, Gervon Flannagan the director of housing at 72 17th Street San Diego Ca 92101 and Erica Jardine the property manager. St Vincent De Paul Village and Father Joe Carroll permanent housing units are used for drug manufacturing, drug parties etc. They get HUD funding from the San Diego Housing Commission. Sister Tricia Cruz CEO under Father Joe Carroll, was asked to resign for embezzlement.
