Father Joe Carroll-Father Joe Villages review: Priest using non profit to deal drugs-sex trafficking 2

There is nothing worse than a priest who uses a non profit to commit crimes. Father Joseph Carroll of St. Vincent De Paul-Father Joe Villages in San Diego is not only a child molester who preys on little boys, he is taking drug profits from blacks with criminal and prison records who reside at his Village Place apartments 32 17th Street San Diego Ca 92101 next to Harvey Mandel building. June 28, 2013 a black woman named Lorraine Prenters in unit 320 was arrested on the property for dealing narcotics yet she was not evicted by housing director Gervon Flanagan or Erica Jardine property manager who both are taking drug kickback money from all trafficking on the property. Lorraine Prenters attacked Samuel Hollman with a chain July 4, 2013 on property after she was released from jail. Samuel Hollman was issued an eviction notice. He won with stipulations with attorney Julie Lewin and Judge Jon Meyers of San Diego Superior court. Julie Lewin was denied a jury trial by Judge Meyers and Father Joe's attorney Rebecca J. Fortune of Kimball, Tirey and St. John firm. A few weeks after the trial, Prenter's began to threaten to harm Hollman and others. Hollman emailed law enforcement about the situation. US Secret Service agents came out to property to interview the terrorists . This enraged Rebecca Fortune who is a modern day Patty Hearst from the 70's. Remember when Patty started helping blacks in the SLA and Black Panters rob banks? Well Rebecca Fortune helps blacks traffic drugs. Rebecca subpoenaed Hollman's emails from Google and Cox Communications and submitted them to Judge Meyers to evict Hollman and a couple of other residents. Hollman was lured to the desert probably by Willie Ray Meadows Sr. a black male recently off parole who is one of the main drug dealers on the premises. Samuel Hollman's body was found in the desert May 2014. In the emails it was revealed that blacks like Regina White of unit 212, Sabrina and her husband in unit 201, Veronica in unit 302, Mike Hoffman in unit 208, Willie Meadows in unit 321, and Prenter's in 320 kept coming to his door with bags of crack.
March 1, 2013 Friday around 6:30 pm two white males and a white female with a large dog came into Village Place premises. They went to the second floor to visit Johnny a very weird acting black male. Willie Meadows comes out on the balcony and yells to the female, " Hey Mami come up here". So the female and the dog go alone to Meadow's unit. Regina White said these people were meth dealers and that when men are high on crack and meth, they like to watch women have sex with dogs. Meadow's picture is attached.
