Bad service experience

This plumbing company has been one of the most frustrating businesses I’ve ever dealt with. Once they collect your money, they completely disappear. They do not return calls, they refuse to communicate with your homeowners insurance, and they show zero interest in helping you after they leave your house. Because they wouldn’t speak with my insurance company...
