I enquired about the prices of a few pieces I saw on her Instagram page, I asked if she can make me something of my price range (25-30k rps). She said that she can

I provided a picture of what I wanted. She gave me a price, which later I asked if she could bring down to my budget with lesser embroidery. She gave me her number and asked to discuss with her on the phone, which we did. I asked of the timeline- she said as per when I need it- to be delivered to me by 1st week of July. I also asked if I will be sent pictures of the progress of the work at each stage- she gladly said I'd get all. I shared a sketch of the much embroidery to be removed from the design- she accepted, and went on to convince me of how exact it would be as per the picture.

She asked for my measurements and requirements on whatsapp. I shared stating very clearly. She was happy to do it all. She also said she will start everything once part payment is made.

28th May

As per her requirement, I paid 15k rps via western union to start off the work.

30th May

I asked if the fabric was ready- she said it has gone for embroidery.

She said she'll send a pic once embroidery has started.

2nd June

I asked for any picture of the progress- no response

4th June

I asked again- no response

5th June

I asked again- she said it's a process it'll take time

6th June

I requested for a pic again, she threatened to refund the amount as I was being to pushy. I thought maybe I was and that I need to give it time.

We had a chat on the phone, and reassured that it will be ready in less than 20 days

14th June

Still enquiring of how the blouse or dupatta(scarf) will be as no picture received

By now the lehnga should have been ready as agreed on phone. I asked for the weight to estimate the delivery cost. She says doesn't know. I called her up, she asks for 2-3 days- lehnga hasn't been stitched yet

27th June

I asked for updates again- no reply

28th June

I asked again- she says she'll dispatch the next day and provide courier slip after my final payment. I request for any pic at all. She sends one. Totally unfinished and just not what it was supposed to be like. Not even close. Poor work done. I commented. She said that because I would comment about the work, she was not showing me. She goes on to say it is not the final picture.

29th June

The lehnga is already very late in dispatch. I asked for the final picture so I can clear the payment and that it can be dispatched.

She says it is still not ready.

30th June

I request for a refund for the lehnga as she's not sending any picture. Finally after back and fro of conversation. She does show me how it looks. I did not like it at all as it di not meet any of my stated requirements. I requested my payment. She profusely refused. She went on to say how another client likes it and will buy it. So I tried reasoning with her as how her costs will be covered. She doesn't care. Called me names and blocked me on WhatsApp.
