Fashion Essentials review: Coats

I order 2 coats for (32.00) on 10/31/2022 from fashion essentials which was a ad on Facebook and everyday I checked tracking it never said delivered or out for delivery so when I checked on 11/28/2022 it says it was delivered on 11/23/2022 but I was home that whole day and no package was delivered to my address so what am I supposed to do about my order
