I bought a hair system containing 2 identical hair pieces for $4800 in February 2019. When delivered it was not at all my hair colour - I am blonde in a cold shade and the systems was dark brown in a warm shade. They informed me while delivering them in person, that they would correct this without any cost for me. They have had one of the two systems since Sep 14th 2021 for correction with several promises to deliver it to me in the right colour but they have still not done this. In Augusti 2022 I contacted Better Business Bureau in San José for help. They contacted Farrell Hair and the Farrell Hair replied to BBB that they would deliver my hair systems in correct colour before the holidays in 2022. So the case got closed at BBB. But nothing have happened. Today I am not interested of new promises or new hair systems. I just want to get my full amount of money back as they haven’t delivered what I bought. As of today, Farrell Hair Replacement, has 1 on my systems (since 2021) for “colour correction” (but since August 2022 they’ve said they would make a whole new one) and the other one is in my possession waiting to be sent to Farrell Hair for colour correction. I just want my money back.
