I've dealt with this company for quite some time. Everyone has pretty much been pleasant until my experience with a representative named Barbara. She is very unprofessional and rude. I've left messages with her that have not gotten received to the appropriate people. At the store she speaks as if she is management with out having any knowledge about anything on my account. She not very bright and a bit racist. I will continue to deal with the company but refuse to deal with her.
