I sent two emails bout a new license request after I changed my laptop but never got no response. I was hopin' to get some help from Eziriz, but it seems like they ain't interested in helpin' me out. I reckon it's mighty frustratin' when ya reach out for support and don't hear nothin' back. I mean, I understand they might be busy and all, but a simple reply would've been nice. It's like they don't even care 'bout their customers. I ain't too pleased with this experience, gotta say.

Support is terrible! They never respond to emails or answer calls. It's like they don't even exist! I strongly advise you to steer clear of this company. On top of that, my license is about to expire and they haven't given me any information about when or why. It's so frustrating! I can't stress enough how important it is to stay away from Eziriz.

How can we buy anything from this site, when they don't reply to any emails. I've sent many emails to this site asking for help with their trial software, but they never respond. They stop replying after just 2 emails.

I've been sending them emails since February 2016, and today is May 14, 2017, and still no reply. This site is definitely not trustworthy.
