Express Service Protection review: Honoring warranty repair contract

I purchased a auto warranty with Matrix warranty company in 2018 and the company recently filed bankruptcy. Express Service Protection 2600 East Southlake Blvd. Suite 120-225, Southlake Texas [protected] took over the contracts. I had to put my 2011 Infiniti FX35 in the repair shop on Monday October 4, 2023, to be repaired and Express Service approved the repair. My car has been repaired since Wednesday October 7, 2023, and they are refusing to send in the payment for the repair. They have been very rude to me the customer and also to the repair shop. They have told us several different lies about why they haven't made the payment. They are very disrespectful and rude. They are not willing to get me a rental car, if so they will only pay $30.00 for one day. This company seems to be a fraud and they do not care about the customers at all. They also told the repair shop to tell me to pay for the repairs and wait on them to refund me the money. The repair shop told them no they will not do that. Express also would not pay for the full charge of the labor that the repair shop charged for the repair of my car, I normally only pay a $50.00 deductible but now I have to pay $350.00 for the rest of the labor. They approved the repair last week and now they are giving me the run around on paying their part for the repairs. One of the adjusters or Claims person by the name of Chris got upset and told me that he better shut up before he say something he'll regret, I told him to say it and he will get the same response.
