Express Lanes review: Toll invoice

Received a letter stating that I was driving on the 495, 95, or 395 Express Lanes and they didn't receive a toll. The trip number is [protected], Date was 8/23/22 at 2:46 pm. This route was from the Pentagon/Eads St/route 27 to Washington DC. I live in Montana and was nowhere near there. The license plate they have listed is 2-32640B with a picture of a Mercedes. I drive a Dodge Dakota pickup with license plate 23-2640B MT plates. They are threatened with collections agencies, trip fees, court fees, and civil penalties.
