Exploria Resorts - Summer Bay review: Timeshare exit

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Exploria for their unethical business practices and their blatant deception towards us during their presentation. We feel that Exploria has taken advantage of us and we demand to be released from this contract immediately.

During the presentation, we were given false promises and were fed blatant lies about the benefits of Exploria's membership program. We were promised that we would have access to exclusive deals and discounts, but these turned out to be completely untrue. Additionally, we were misled about the costs associated with this membership and were not provided with all of the necessary information. Also, We were pressured into signing this contract without fully understanding its terms and conditions. We feel that Exploria used high-pressure sales tactics and unethical practices in order to manipulate us into signing the contract. It is unacceptable that a company like Exploria would take advantage of consumers in this way. We demand that they release us from this contract immediately and refund us for any fees that we have already paid. We also urge the complaints board to take strong action against Exploria for their deceptive practices.
