I am unemployed, searching for a job. I received an email from associate (John Walsh) requesting my resume in word format. He then passed me onto another associate (Drew Harmon). Drew sent me a couple emails telling me he could not get my resume to upload onto his data template. On March 18th he requested I go to https://Resume-Experts.net and have them update my resume to ATS status. He also requested that we have a conversation on Tuesday 3/22, that he would be available all day and just let him know what time. I replied to that email stating an 0930 call on Tuesday would work fine. I also spent $89.00 to get my resume ATS compliant (not sure what these Resume experts did as my resume looks exactly the same... same format and all). I forwarded the "new" resume onto Drew on Monday and again tried to confirm our conversation for Tuesday at 0930. Tuesday came and I did not receive a call. I have been trying to reach them both, via email, since and am getting no reply. I am thinking scam?
Update: I just received this and now 'Lynda Wood' is Head of Leadership Consulting at 'Private Equity Partner'. With the first email, her company affiliation said "The Headerhunter Inc". I will simply ignore this, although I'm tempted to tell "Lynda" that she is busted and to shut it down already. Very unfortunate that there are people out there doing this...

Exactly same thing happened with me. John Walsh contacted and passed my CV to Drew Harman. Asked for word file of my CV. After that no response. Website shows people including these two but no mails, not even 'contact me' address was working.
My question - what does these guys get after doing all this? I am unable to understand this !
Red flag #1-email is very generic with no website, phone # or any other information provided so you can confirm it is legit. Red flag #2-having to pay to convert your resume from a Word doc? What are they using DOS 3.0? Red flag #3-if it sounds too good to be true...you know the rest.
These scumbags probably scan LinkedIn for anyone with a headline indicating they are looking for work. Then they prey on your emotions, as they know sometimes people get desperate when looking for employment.
Please do your research when applying or responding back to so-called recruiters. Searching for employment is stressful enough without having to deal with a bunch of clowns trying to take advantage of your vulnerabilities.

Wow, I dealt with EXACTLY the same scenario too!
I just ran a whois of executives-circle.com and resume-experts.com and guess what - they're both registered to the same company! So there was never any interview, just a scam to get you to pay for the bogus resume service! Awful...
