For 2 months I have been battling with Excuss & an Insurance claim that originated from damages to furniture & other items moved by them. They arrived 3 days late to collect my things, and communication has been non-existing. They do not return calls, threaten and just deliver a bad experience. According to the Insurance company Excuss does have Insurance but no claim has been submitted, according to excuxx they have submitted it but refuse to give details. Do not make use of this company.

2 months now without hearing anything from Excuss logistics. Broken furniture and glass table never arrived at this new address. After several calls still no answers or replacements.
I would definitely not recommend this company. Waited 6 days before they actually arrived. Lying about where our furniture is. Horrible experience. Quote moved up from R37000 to R55000 after furniture was loaded. Moses or Washington never contacted us again!
I move from Kalbaskraal Western Cape to Dunnottar Gauteng.. when i search for a furniture to be transport. It was loaded fast, and. I was phoned to pay emidiately.. We use the diningtoon table 6 chairs with a glastop in the house living there for more than 10months, the glasstop only 1 half came and its been chiped on the edge, the other halve is gone, never arrive, the 1 chair foot is completely broken of, the table top is very bad been scratch . Our beadroom sweet. Bed, dressingtable and headboard 2 side pedestals was in the house.. we use it. The dressingtable been badly scratch, the one draw the nob been broken off, a 2nd draw the back gone.. the one pedestal a piece of wood at back rip of.. a umbouia cabinet a hole op the top, hole in the back, the door gone not even a screw left. Halfmoon table 3 legs only 2 left.. 2 wingback chairs we sit on them everyday, the 1 leg broken off, cushion gone.. 2nd small dressing table the middle mirror is been gone. No Washiington told me that it was broken when they load it.. they show photos taken in the back of their van. 1st he quote me R16,000.00and the it was R26,000.00.. Our estimate damage is very close to R10.000.00 to have it fix. We pay 14 years ago ro have the glass top cut at Worcester glassfit and we pay R1200.0p because its a special type of glass.. PLEASE PEOPLE TAKE NOTE STAY AWAY FROM EXCUSS LOGISTICS... I phoned him and ask about the cussion and the damage now he play innocrnt.. Thanks Tina
