I gotta say, I had a bit of trouble with the website. It was kinda buggy, ya know? I had to hit that refresh button a few times before I could even add stuff to my cart. And get this, when I was trying to get a quote, I couldn't find the option for faster shipping with a little extra charge. But then, when I was checking out, it magically appeared! So, I couldn't give my finance department an exact cost for approval. Kinda frustrating, but I still got what I needed in the end.

It's not often that you come across such helpful and friendly customer service representatives, so I was pleasantly surprised.

I had previously purchased a "backup table" from another company called School Direct Supply (or something like that) at the request of my CEO. Unfortunately, their customer service was the complete opposite of what I experienced with EventStable. The product arrived damaged and it was a nightmare trying to get it sorted out. Needless to say, I won't be going back to them for my event supplies.

EventStable, on the other hand, has won me over with their excellent customer service and high-quality products. I will definitely be using them for all my future events and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of event supplies. Keep up the great work, guys! You rock!

I recently had an experience with EventStable that was a bit of a challenge. When I tried to place my order, the system didn't accept my password. It was frustrating, but I eventually got it sorted out.

A few weeks ago, I called their customer service department because I was interested in purchasing 5 towers to place folding puff chairs. A very sharp lady answered the phone, but unfortunately, she never got back to me. I was disappointed because I was hoping to make my first purchase and get to know their product and quality.

Despite this setback, I still decided to make my first purchase with EventStable. I was impressed with the quality of their products and the ease of the ordering process. However, I was sorry to learn that we were not able to add those 5 rolling tower racks for the chairs to our purchase.

It was so cool how fast they got back to us when we had some concerns. We just wanna make it clear that we weren't trying to get any freebies or nothing, we just wanted to give some positive feedback so they could make things even better. We get that shipping can be a hassle, but maybe they could throw in some extra protection for the chairs, like a little rice paper cover or something. It probably wouldn't cost too much and they could either pass on the cost or charge a little more and give a credit for the next order if we're happy with the product. It's a win-win, you know? Event Stable is the real deal! I was on the hunt for the perfect cushion product and boy did they deliver. It's obvious that they cater to large catering firms, but they treated my small order of 5 cushions with the same level of service as their big-time clients.

Their selection of colors is out of this world. I searched high and low on the internet and couldn't find the exact size, shape, and color cushion I wanted anywhere else. Not only do the cushions fit my wooden seats perfectly, but they're also the perfect height - not too much stuffing or too little. The burlap-like, country rustic fabric is also a nice touch.

The velcro ties are a lifesaver! They keep the cushions anchored to the spindles of the chair back, which is super convenient. And let's talk about the price - it's crazy low! I couldn't believe how affordable these cushions were.

When the shipment finally came in, we were happy to see that there was no physical damage to the pallet. We started breaking down the pallet and unpacking each table, but to our dismay, we found that two of the tables were damaged beyond use! We were quite taken aback by this response as we felt that it was unacceptable. We had paid good money for these tables and we expected them to be in good condition when they arrived.

While the tables that were not damaged were of good quality, the fact that two of them were damaged beyond use was quite frustrating.
