Basically I had an insured laptop sended using their website.
I opened the claim with them and I received a refund from the courier that confirmed the loss.
I had the insurance on it, payed to their insurance company trought the booking form of the shipping.
Basically they used the excuses that ' the name on the ring ball it was not the same of the one used to booking.
Desired outcome: I would like to have the right compensation for the laptop they lost
