Eunos Polyclinic Singhealth MOH review: Staff gave excuses busy with covid 19 but neglect and omission of blood tests

Eunos polyclinic so few people in an almost empty new building. Staff there yet so lazy, slow motioned when at work. A simple blood test took more than an hour and worst, my grandpa was asked to go back for more test when they forgotten to administer it when he was there. Not even an apology staff there bully maid tot she could not understand english. Luckily got high tech, grandpa used phone to record. I tink our leaders protect healthcare staff too much when they boldly displayed them out at e expense of patients. Too much. Even feedback to MOH and Singhealth are useless. No action talk only NATO NATO tat what we called 1st world standard... pui pui!
