Etalia Collection, Viva Home review: Bad customer service 1

Last week, I was looking for Slumberland brand king size bed and I walked into this shop to view. There's 1 male sales personnel without greeting me, he directly asked me:"You want queen or king?" I was really surprised as a company that sells highly priced and competitive products, shouldn't you hire someone who can provide humble, professional customer sales service? At least a courteous "Hi" with "May I know which size you are looking for?" Or because it's Cheras area, so i shouldn't be expecting a courteous and humble service?

Please bear in mind that there are other brands and comparable products with that price range in that Viva Home mall itself, anyone would rather spend their previous few thousands bucks at other shops which has humble and professional sales personnel.
