Estrela Landscaping review: Fence was not installed, and contract stole over $5000

I hired Estrela Landscaping, New Bedford, MA; to install a fence on my property. He was given a deposit of $5000 to do the work. He never started the job, reimbursed our deposit nor responded NUMEROUS requests for a status. We found the contract via Thumbtack and he previously installed a fence for our son. We took him to the NH Small Claims Court and the judgement was against him and an arrest warrant is active. The judgement was for him to reimburse us $5113.56. He has never reimbursed us and will be arrested if found in the State of NH. Can you assist with resolving this issue and as a minimum warn other potential customers. Case No. 450-2019-SC-00568
