ESPN+ review: Subscription to ESPN+

I signed up for and used ESPN+ for 1 month. However, try to cancel the subscription was all but impossible online. The landing page to manage subscriptions on the ESPN website goes blank. I suppose that is just convient. So then I have to call into ESPN+ for assistance. They are unable to cancel on the phone. They have to direct me through disconnection through Amazon's billing feature. This is nuts... and an unacceptable cancellation procedure. It must be fixed for flagged.
