I need to have a lien removed on my mortgage from a timeshare. On account is closed, and the timeshare has accepted cancellation of membership and revoked timeshare. My account is closed, and the timeshare has tried to reach out to request concord to have the lien removed, but they will not respond. Our account was closed May of 2024
