Episode - Choose Your Story – This app is frustrating.

I've been reading on episodes for as long as I can remember. I think its been 5+ years since i've started. I got really into the game back in 2022 but after that the game has gone downhill. I would binge read stories for hours. I started making my own story and would always use episode forums which they now deleted and moved to discord which I dont have and im not going to get it just for that purpose. I liked how forums was set up but now it's gone. And when I tried transfering my data from a small ipod touch 7th generation to samsung galaxy a15 youre telling me I have to completely restart even though ive had an account with themfor forever?! Majorly dissapointing and makes me question if I even want to support them anymore. Step up your game and fix this stupid transfering data stuff actually work. Highly dissapointed.
