Episode - Choose Your Story review: Problems replaying a story

i brought episode vip so i could replay a story as ive maxed out how many times i can play it, i forgot what one of the characters looked like so i tried to go on a previous game but i didnt realise the one i clicked on was already finished with. every time ive tried to click on that story now (my episode lover by analise allen) it says theres a connection issue and to come back later. i went to the support area and tried to explain my problem to a chatbot on the app and it said to come back in 1-2 business days. it responded saying that it is a known issue but didnt reply with any solutuion.
