Envoy, LLC and TG Inc review: Violation by players inside the envoy game

I have responded to two incidents in the Envoy game

Each addressing racism, hate incidents, threats by bullying and threats to harm someone physicall, open racial threats and attacks to people of color and including myself. Whom I am also as person of color

My first issue sent is over 2 weeks now. I sent it both as a ticket thru email and inside the envoy game. The same CSR person responded to it. In both response she says "I will be awaiting your reasonable proof and the players ID numbers" I sent to her attachments of the players numbers twice and screenshot of the chat system where ongoing talks continued.

I have not heard back from the CSR agent. And another CSR person about lost general shards. I did not know what they meant by saying "backpack" no explaining about that n I looked thru my entire sections in the items link.

Another case of racist and harassment was today on 9/8/22. With an slanderous statement of saying "stay of what doesn't belong to you". The issue was about an activated relic pyramid. I issued it and went to the coordinate location given. Then a time later. It was attacked. And I asked the person a long response. Some having to do with server rules which were violated and the assume ownership of a tile. I saw from the game itself was opened by myself.

After I found more hate words in the chat about targeting someone numbered 19, "the boy gonna learn" and something over "Koreans burn" I screenshot the conversion and added to a police report I filed following the first incident.

This game has alot of sick individuals.
