Enterprise of The Woodlands, TX review: Card charge/incorrect car

I got a rental car in January from and accident. I was called by Enterprise after the other insurance had called them to reserve a car for me while my car was in the shop. When they called, they said I was approved for an intermediate car and that an intermediate car will be available for when I come to get my rental car. When I get to the rental, they said they only have a full available. I asked if I was going to be charged, they said yes, but it along with the security deposit will be refunded.

A month later, I get charged for enterprise. I called to ask about it and they said the auditing closed and I would have to get it reimbursed by Allstate. Allstate only approved an intermediate which is what Enterprise said they would give me. I don't understand why I'm paying for a full even though they said an intermediate would be available.

I don't believe I should be charged for a full.
