We had a great experience working with Zac at Enso group. We had our previous tax returns reviewed and were happy to learn that our construction company qualified for a substantial R&D tax credit. The process for moving forward was simple and quick. Naturally, the IRS took a while to process the docs but we eventually got our refund. Very happy with the process and result.

I've been dealing with Zac Smith the past couple of years and have nothing but great things to say about him. He's quick to respond, helpful, and always available to answer questions. Was a bit hesitant at first not knowing much about the tax credits, but Zac did a great job putting my mind at ease and coming through as he said they would. My rep Steve told me "you are going to be so glad I never gave up on you" He was 100% correct. I am beyond grateful that he never gave up on me considering I provided him every excuse on why I couldn't look into these credit recoveries he kept trying to tell me about. If I would've listened the first time he called I wouldn't have had 2017 fall out of statute and I could have gotten even more of MY TAX DOLLARS BACK. To this day, I still kick myself on that one! Lesson learned. I am now a changed man and can't wait to resubmit next year and the year after that, etc. Everything Steve told me would happen, did. Easy process. Steve and the company doing all the heavy lifting, check! I sit back and wait for checks from the IRS/State to arrive in my mailbox, check! The checks arriving with INTEREST that I didn't have to pay a fee on, check! Truly, I cannot thank Steve enough for sticking with me and getting me to "see the light." Whatever your hesitations are, get rid of them. This is real. They are real. I am a fan.
