I recently had a bad experience with Enjoy Prepaid, and I would not recommend using their services. I made the mistake of purchasing credits through their website, and I have been unable to use them. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, my issue has not been resolved. I currently have $309 in credits on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, but I am unable to make any calls. It's been weeks, and the problem persists.

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of Enjoy Prepaid. They have refused to refund me, and all they can say is that they are "working on bugs." This is unacceptable, and I feel like I have been scammed. I would advise anyone considering using Enjoy Prepaid to look elsewhere for their calling needs.

I've been using Enjoyprepaid calling card for a long time now and it's been a great experience overall. It's always been a reliable and affordable option for me. However, recently I've had some issues with their automatic recharging system. It seems that the system has started charging me $200 without my permission or even asking me which amount I want to charge.

When my card runs out of money, the system offers to automatically recharge it and asks for the last 4 digits of the card on file. After I enter the 4 digits, it immediately charges $200 without any other intermediate steps or questions. This has happened to me twice in a row now and it's really frustrating.

The first time it happened, I contacted their customer service and they told me they would reverse the charge. It did eventually get reversed, but it took about a week. The second time it happened, they told me that the charge was not processed and therefore they didn't have to reverse it. However, the charge appeared on my bank account immediately, while the money never appeared on my Enjoyprepaid card.

When I complained to their customer service, they asked me to provide an official bank statement instead of just a list of transactions. I had to wait until the statement came out and then sent it to them. However, they never called me back and instead emailed me something that looked like a refund receipt. By that time, I had already filed a claim with my bank and they issued a temporary reimbursement.

I forwarded the receipt to the bank, but they eventually said that the transaction was valid. Now I'm trying to reach Enjoyprepaid to get another confirmation, but I can't seem to get through to them anymore. It's really disappointing because I used to love using their service, but it seems like something has gone wrong and they're now stealing money from their customers.

Overall, I would not recommend using Enjoyprepaid anymore. It's just not worth the risk of having your money stolen.

The representative responded in just 5 seconds and explained that Nobelcom.com is the old site (since 1998), and Enjoy Prepaid.com is the newer site. They also mentioned that the two sites have different cards, so I might want to check both next time.

I was impressed by the quick response time and the helpfulness of the representative. I would definitely recommend Enjoy Prepaid to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable calling plan for international travel.
