They hijacked my site and i couldn't even access it anymore. i was so angry at them for treating me this way.

I can't believe how sloppy the work from Engage was, they expected me to pay them and still do everything I had been doing in the past! They gave me discounts at first because of how many errors there were, but then billed me later for those discounts - and said my bank account was short! Additionally, they gave my website an email address that wasn't even mine and created a contact form that sent messages to a completely different email address. This caused my mental health clients to be re-routed all over the place and not get the attention they deserved.

It's been months, and I'm still trying to fix the problems that Engage caused. Their billing is just a bunch of text messages that end whenever they feel that they're in the right. In fact, they did this to not one, but two sites! Both of them were just as horrible as the other. I can't stress enough how they will destroy your business if you allow them to touch it.

I think their team needs to go back to school because grammar, spelling and punctuation were terrible. I also got the impression that they didn't care about my time or my business because they gave me so many problems that could have been avoided if they had just done things correctly from the beginning. Please don't waste your time or money on Engage, you'll only end up regretting it!
