On July 8th, 2022, my husband contacted Empire Moving Group to transport our belongings from Kansas City, MO to Springfield, Mo, approximately 188 miles. He spoke with an Empire representative and they made a preliminary list. Each list ommitted our washer/dryer and we were told not to worry about, there would be room. My husband told Empire we would have at least 150 boxes as we were downsing from She did not2700sqft to 1700 sqft. The representative stated"this is going to be a really big move". Prior to our moving day, I had sold half of the furniture and large items. See attached.
Desired outcome: We want a complete refund. Out initial low estmate was $7762 with the sale of most of our furniture and large items before 9/8. See attached.
