I called Empire on 9/18/22 about my dogs that tore up the seam of the rug in the master bedroom. They informed me that it's not covered in the warranty. I called on 9/24/22 that my dog peed on the rug. They informed me that I had 5days to report the incident. Also, the carpet is under the warranty, and they would replace the carpet. On 9/28/22 I called to find out I was denied the repairs and spoke to a higher supervisor about the matter, and I told I would call her the next day. 9/29/22 I called again and left a message to call back. No call back. 9/30/22 I called again and left a message to call back. No call back.10/3/22 I called again and left a message to call back. No call back. I got my carpeting & flooring this April. I have asked for a copy of documents of the final sales and warranties. They were to send them to me at my email address. I have not received them.
