RMA was issued #E56EFA5A5A4C. Item was returned via USPS. Tracking # indicated it was received. Corresponding with E-mail address: mitsm.[protected]@tcc-csr.com. Unable to contact with phone and e-mail. My e-mail : [protected]@verizon.net

Desired outcome: Please refund

This is insane. My story is just like everybody else's. Ordered one and they charged and sent 6 bottles. They told me I had to wait 90 days...I did. Refund #...NOPE, phone call...NOPE...anything...NOPE! Wait, I do have 5 worthless bottles of Amarose skin tag remover. Class Action Lawsuit...I AM IN!

I ordered one bottle of skin tag remover. They kept sending more (4 more) and billed me each time. No one answers the phone. This is a scam. My credit card company won't do anything about it either.

Yep! Same here. 22nd order was received today but I did not order it. I also called after the 1st one. Got 4 but ordered 1. $200 charged to my paypal. Count me in for a class action!

I just want to stop them from sending 2 bottles each month have tried for three months to get this cancelled. No luck

You have to cancell the card you used and get a new one. Stops it immediately. But doesnt help to get money back already lost.

I also got sucked in. No one answers the phone & if you leave a message no one calls back. They hit your credit card fast then the problems really start. Lawsuits count me in.

Scammed same as everyone else in this email string. Tried to buy one bottle and got 5? Charged for 5?

Called and asked for refund and return after 30 day trial which did nothing as advertised. Told to wait for 60-90 day return policy for authorization and refund. Now phone number never answered during normal open hours. always a voiemail. Chat room non existent. No email to contact customer service? Totally ghosted.

I'm all in with Class action lawsuit, but wondering if the address on McConnell Avenue in Los Angeles is valid? If even verifiable nor a real building for Emblaze One Inc. Total rip off and feel we all should get our money back.

I was scammed as well thinking I bought 3 bottles to get 2 free. Charged for all 5? Tried to do return under warranty, told to wait the 60 days for a return authorization. Phone number now never answers during times they say they are taking calls mountain time zone? Cannot get refund nor proof to send back under the 60-90 day refund policy. No phone number works. No email address? Nothing to get a refund for a product that does not do as advertised. Total scam. Class action lawsuit would be great. I'm all in. But how to do so when company has ghosted us all. I too have an address on McConnell Avenue in Los Angeles. Wonder what is actually at this address, if even a verifiable and real location?

I also got scammed. I ordered buy 3 get 2 free. When the order arrived I was charged with all five bottles

When I tried to cance the order I was told to wait 60 days to return the items. Tried to contact the company

and the number the credit card company gave me. The guy that answered said he was no longer in the

company and not to contact him again. What a rip off. I guess I am just out the money. My credit card

company froze my account because they suspected fraud so at least I wasn't sent any more of their product.

This company is a sham! I saw their ad for free trial bottle… I then ordered one and got 6 bottles charged plus rush shipping on my card! I tried to call them immediately and just kept getting a voice mail out of business hours which it wasn’t! I’ve tried emailing calling and nothing!’ My charge was $250! There it was shipped there was no return information… no bill of sale…. I only got their company name by google!

what the heck? I was sent more that I ordered and charged more of course, I was Told I had to wait until 60 days passed until I could call to get return code. Today is the 60th day and of course no one is answering, so I am stuck with 4 bottles of junk and charged about $198.00...sad, angry and poor...

I would gladly join the class action suit! I was told I could not get an RMA # to return my product for 2 months and when I called for the RMA a message says I'm calling outside of business hours (though I am not), just the same message over and over. In addition they went ahead and billed me for a second shipment that I did not order or approve. I explicitly told them over the phone that I did not want to be subscribed or to receive any additional product and they assured me I wasn't subscribed and I would not receive anymore product. They sent me a 3 month supply in November and just a month later sent me a 2nd 3 month supply that I neither ordered or approved. They simply used my information and stole money from me. My credit card company called me and asked if it was fraud and still paid them even though I said"Yes! It's fraud!" Now I have the credit card company disputing the 2nd charge but they told me it's pretty much a lost cause. The first time I called it was apparent the phone operators were in India or Pakistan and I know they're very aggressive and deceitful when it comes to taking money from you. This is one of the biggest scams ever. I hope somebody nails their [censored] to the wall. At least we're not out some huge sum of money. It just galls me they are such a dishonest company. I hope they choke on their own lying words.

I was scammed as well! Got sucked into the one bottle and charged 6! Number to call is not valid. Just a message its out of business hours which it is not! Shipment came and no return instructions! Nothing.

I am scammed too, just like everybody, I ordered for one bottle, before I know it, bottles of their product keep coming. I tried to call but no success, I tried the website, no success. If there's a class action suit, I will join too, I hate companies like this who sucked out,our hard earned money,

Me too. I have gone round and round with these people . They owe me for 3 at 69.95 each. I had to close my account as well because they continued to take that amount out of my account. This is just fraud. There should be a way to stop them.

I got scammed just as well. I ordered one bottle and they sent 5 and I got charged for 5, now out of the clear blue they sent and charged me for another 5...Cannot get in touch with them!

I ordered 1 bottle of Amarose Skin Tag Remover, and ended up getting 12 more that I did not order.

I contacted Amarose and told them I had cancelled my credit card out of fear of receiving/being charged for more shipments. I asked for a refund and they asked for my order numbers, which they could not pull up in their system. Said I needed to contact the company I ordered from. The return address on the packing slip was Emblaze One Inc, 4935 McConnell Ave, Unit 3, Los Angeles. Suite 3 at that address is a business called Smilz. I don't think a Class Action Lawsuit could be filed, if the business location of Emblaze One is

not known. These people are crooks and need to be prosecuted.
