Elite Bullies and Bulldogs, Kevin Jackson, Kevin Jackson Trucking review: dog breeder

I saw an ad on Puppyfind for a Blue English bulldog female 3 1/2 months old . He wanted $7000. I sent him an email and he said that he was negotiable with the price since he needed room. We settled on $5250.
I sent kevin Jackson operating as Elite Bullies and Bulldogs $5550.00 in total for a Blue AKC Registered English Bulldog pup called Catalina, DOB 23 April 2019 out of Laila and Mickey Blue Eyes.
I paid the deposit through Paypal, first not knowing his link he sent me was " Family and Friends"$1000 deposit .20 July 2019

$4250 balance in full for puppy through Paypal Goods and Services 09 Aug 2019 which he was irrate about.
$300 for Paypal fees and International Health Certificate 13 Aug 2019

After receiving my money, Kevin Jackson was slow at returning calls
The puppy was to fly out of Dallas with flight nanny Dexter on 14 Aug 2019- Kevin never showed at airport and no answer on phone, text or emails
He finally responded and said it was difficult to get a health certificate and he needed 2-3 days but he would rebook which he never did.
I contacted Mark the ground shipper to pick up my puppy.. On the 22 Aug 2019 - ground shipper - Mark went to pick up puppy for me but he refused saying puppy was sick and couldn't get a health certificate but he would rebook in 5 day.
That never happened.
06 Sept he told me that his wife booked with another ground shipper Jack and wanted the shipping money of $450 and now rabies fee of $30 totally $480. I called Jack and he had never got a call from them and nothing was booked . I also noticed he had updated his ad on Hoobly 05 Sept 2019 for this puppy stating she was still for sale. He just wanted to scam me out of another $480
I demanded my puppy and told him that I would pay the ground shipper on delivery as agreed to
No puppy ever was shipped . Paypal gave me back my $4250 but I am out $1300
This guy is very dirty and people should stay away from his scams
I have attached my signed receipts for the sale of this puppy, my PayPal receipts, Puppyfind Ad and also Hoobly ad showing he updated the ad on the 5 Sept 2019
