so I payed for 2 items with pay pal and several weeks later received 10 by 10 inches plastic pocket with wooden stick. when I send them a picture of an item and screenshot of my order they answer me that I have to ship this item back, then provide them a tracking number and then they return me money back. The shipping of that item that item will be same as the amount of money that I am trying to recover, in their shop policy they do not pay return shipping. so that is a trap that how they do money.

I relate to all of these scam stories 100%. The return address is the same: 1F, Block B, 108-120 Fengping Road, Fenggang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China.

These scammers are using so many images of otherwise legitimate items and sending trash instead, with a promise of refund if you return the trash to them in China.

But BEWARE a new tactic. They somehow lowered my "excellent" credit rating by 46 points in one action!

I enclose an image of what I paid for and another of what they sent.

I have received same response after ordering a briefcase, I read these yesterday and decided to contact Chinese embassy to report it to them, told them to goggle address to check site reports. I was told this is an embarrassment to there country and they will have officials in China follow it up. No refund but will shut it down.

I got a refund through contacting my credit card provider. Did you pay with a visa or MasterCard credit card? Can you do that in Oz? You can in UK. These c**ts must be billionaires by now judging by the number of different named companies scamming from that address using the sam M.O. Good luck mate.

Same story. This time for an ice-cream maker - spitting image of another very expensive one made by N**ja. It was being advertised on Pinterest through a company called Atwood (the customer service address is at contact24hour.store. Same scrap -sent me a kids purse with a picture of a duck - the photo doesn't do it justice - it's even more [censored]e than it looks and you wouldn't even get this in a 99p store. The ice-cream maker cost me £42 and was supposed to be sent from UK - it was clearly coming from China after a couple of weeks waiting for it. The parcel I did get had a UK return address. Offered me 40%, then 50%, or 1005 if I returned the cr*p they sent. I was actually just about to return and thought I better check that the address existed (no name, pin code) and came across numerous sited complaining - glad I did and saved wasting another £9 on the return. Thankfully it wouldn't let me use Paypal so used my CC, and will contact them for Chargeback. Interestingly the site and ads are still up and running so I checked to T&C and it states the website is governed by UK consumer law so should have no issues. My emails:

"Dear customer,

We are sorry to cause you the trouble and promise you that we will offer you a full refund,could you please kindly return the item to the address (this is our shippers' address)we offered in the previous email and offer us a tracking number to track it.

Once the package is delivered to the shippers,we can get the compensation and issue you.

Not only did I pay $50 for a foldable treadmill, my bank account shows they withdrew $71.99.

I thought it was real because it was supposed to be connected to Factory Direct... Not!

This happened to me as well. Same address. I purchased a log splitter off of Facebook ad. In the ad, the item looked large enough to fit a normal log into its circular opening. What I received is a cheap replica that isn’t even large enough to fit my hand into. When asked for refund, it’s the same as what everyone else here is saying. They wanted me to pay to have the item returned. That would be more than the items cost/value. Offered 50%, 60% refund etc that I’m sure I’ll never get. I told them 100% or nothing. I will file a claim with PayPal.

They use fake names for the “employees” and multiple online store names with multiple cheap products. I will try and do more digging and get as much information as I can.

Did you manage to get a refund from Paypal?

My husband has bought three things (from three different companies) and received small pink smiley bags instead. It beggars belief that their shippers could mistake a tool set, a mini digger and a platform lift for an item that fit in our postbox. Unfortunately, he paid directly (I have told him off, and insist that he use Paypal so that we have a chance of recovering money in future).

Has anyone successfully received any refund from the company who have sent them an item "in error"? Although the cost of shipping the items to China would definitely be less than his purchase costs, it doesn't seem worth the time or effort to do so if I am simply going to be out of pocket for that too.

Bought a game table supposedly from a company named Exceptui.com.. It’s a SCAM! I knew immediately after ordering I was scammed, so I shut down credit card & confined to ask for a refund they assured me my item would come.. I received 2 mini Christmas stockings .. they told me if I send it back they can refund me! I refuse to send it back & googled how to call them a f** thief in Chinese & that’s how I signed the last email I sent to them! I told them I know they are a scam!

Hello. I ordered the exact same arcade games table as you did. I recieved a pack of 10 childrens toothbrushes in a plastic postal sachel like you recieved. I looked up those toothbrushes on aliexpress and they cost $5 including shipping. I didnt know where the childrens toothbrushes came from as i had not recieved any tracking info from eceptui. So i emailed them asking what the tracking nimber was and where was my item. They responded back that i had recieved it and gave me the tracking number. Which happened to be the same one as the toothbrush's came in. The latest email today they have sent me has asked me to go to my local post office and enquire about sending it back to them for a full refund. Or if i want i can keep it and they will refund me back 40%. I was charged almost $80 for it. So i would get back less than $40. When the toothbrushes cost less than $5 on aliexpress including postage.

I had contacted my back and reported the transaction as fraud and gave them all of the info. My bank has been handling it.

Not long after i placed the order i noticed like 2 weeks later that the exceptui website had been shut down and when u do a google search it has so many articles showing it as a scam which i also reported to my bank.

I felt this was a too good to be true Black Friday scam and it turns out I was right. My real goods should have been a bench saw which appeared to be coming from the UK or possibly the USA. As soon as I got emails from China reassuring me about delays, I guess I knew. When I received a sux inch ‘silk scarf’ from China, I definitely knew but complained anyway and got the ‘we will refund you if you send the goods back’ email.

These people need shutting down.

Same here! Ordered back in November a Christmas tree.. even checked out the "reviews" which were showing USA.. store was Onsie... Paid for express didn't get it until December 23rd and it was a child's hat... During the whole time I kept asking for a refund because I had just discovered we might have been scammed... And sure enough we were! Also they ended up changing the website name and deactivating my account 3 days later after confronting them... This website was an ad on TikTok as well.

Spent $50 on a folding tarped garage, what I got was a Key Chain with a sports car shifter on it.

They said it was a mix up with the shipper but the shipper requires the item to be returned before they can refund my money.

First offer was keep what I received, and get an immediate refund of 50%, their second offer was 60%.

To good to be true offer, but I have bought other things and it was real. Just not this time.

I will be sending the Key Chain back.

SCAM!

I've ordered two 360° Rotating Food Dispensers and paid a lot...Didn't get my order (of course!) and no refund. They sent me scarves. After my complaint, they asked to send me back the scarves (and pay for the shipment) and then they refund me. When I got the wrong item I googled this address and webpage for scam...of course, it is. Sadly I didn't check it before.

Does someone know - how to find some customers affair office, not to refund (even don't dream about it :))...but at least to make such scammers less possible to full out people.

I ordered a rainbow unicorn Xmas tree(top)and received a drawstring for a hoodie(bottom). Email customer service for a refund and they responded that I needed to return the drawstring went to usps $140 … the tree was only $56. Needless to say I didn’t receive my refund nor my tree because I’m not spending 3x the cost of the tree to return an meaningless item that was sent to me in error on no part of my own.

Oh! My Goodness I have also been scammed by these scammers. Bought 2 Nutcrackers and Drums off Face Book and received two silk scarves instead, sent them an email and received the same message as everyone else on these comments. Facebook should not allow these scammers to use their site to scam people. Hopefully I will be able to get a refund from PayPal. Will now place a post on Facebook warning others about this problem.

I had a feeling this was a scam when I ordered the folding storage crates with opening side panels from a place called Tourniu . I just got the 2 scarves thing instead, and got the same exact message about returning it. I stumbled across this because I was trying to find the zip code for the return address

I ordered a prelit Christmas Tree and received a Hand Fan, I am fighting them now and I am reporting them as Fraud to FaceBook and Federal Authorities, enough is enough, this is wrong and they are running a full on SCAM.

The shipping cost to return is always as much as the originally ordered item, so you will not ship it back, and if you do ship it back, which why would you ship a less than a dollar hand fan.

SCAM, SCAMMERS, time for them to get caught. Looks like various companies and people use this address for the returns so obviously a Ring of Scammers.

I experienced the same scam thing for the second time now. The seller this time is Yikan Grace Trading Limited, but the agent that sends me emails of the same pattern above is Goldstarstar. The same return shipping address in China, no name of recipient and when you send back the item it will get back to you as there's no such address. They are also not providing you with a ZIP code.

Sadly I also fell for this scam. Luckily I received a refund from PayPal so I’m not going to bother sending them the item back.

I knew it was sketchy going in. Here’s the letter and item I received.

Unreal. My first time ever ordering from a ad or site like this, ON TOP of knowing it seemed too good to be true, and ON TOP of my bank immediately texting me asking if it was fraudulent, AND STILL reasoned to myself it that a GD laser pressure washer for $40 from China seemed legitimate 😂

I received a silver weave pattern men's ring. I feel like I struck gold after reading about all these children's toothbrushes and bs. It wasn't til I got the email that was VERBATIM of what you had, and looked up the Wrong Dong Juan Ding Dong address and came across this page.

I've never facepalmed myself so hard but hey, they gotta make up the losses for all their balloons we're shooting down I guess.

Same here - such BS. Ordered 2 rocking style camping chairs and got 2 small music boxes 4 months later... paypal also denied my claim, but after reading these I am going to call them and fight it. So upset!

Sadly, I fell for this scam too... Not once, not twice, but three times... (once for binoculars, once for a computer support rack, once for a picnic table) Paypal reimbursed 100% the second and third transactions... The first transaction was a total loss, waited too long to report the issue (scam)!

...I will try not to forget that "...if it is too good to be true..." it is highly likely not true (a scam)!

J'ai le même problème. Commandé des patchs en semi cuir et j'ai reçu en effet cela mais dans une couleur différente de ce qui était proposé. Résultat inutilisable pour moi. Ils m'ont donné la même adresse pour le retour et seulement 20% de remboursement si je gardais finalement les articles. je vais voir combien me couterais l'envoi en Chine... dans tous les cas, je suis tombé comme vous autres dans une arnaque déguisée!

J'ai tombé aussi dans la même piège pour 3 articles. Imaginez, je revois pour le 1er article de 40$, j'ai reçu une brosse a dent à 5$ et le pire pour le 2ème article, je reçois un petite ceinture! pour le 3ème article je suis encore en attente. Suite à ma plainte j'a reçu le même message mot a mot. Je suis encore en démarche avec eux et ma carte de crédit. Si vous avez des idées n'hésitez pas de les partager avec moi. J'ai refusé de leur retourner le mauvais article et payer encore des frais de livraison pour en fin de compte renvoyer le même article a un autre client. ca n'a aucun sens!

Il faut vraiment dénoncer ensemble.

Back in January I ordered a hydroponic garden this week I received the same watch and email. SCAM, BAIT and SWITCH. I just want to cut my losses and have nothing more with this and similar companies. I paid with a credit card.

Yes total scam,
I ordered a 'Wtable' portable work bench,
Received a crappy Mreurio watch,
Same deal,
They want the watch returned, blaming the shipping company for the mistake,
Same return delivery address,
1F, Block B, 108-120 Fengping Road, Fenggang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China.
I raised a complaint with Paypal,
Shall see what comes of it!

Same has happened to me, same item advertised and ordered. Identical watch received, same BS reply. How they blame shipping when it is there blatant misepresentation of advertising.
Previous experience re PayPal reply...they have offered you a full refund on return of incorrect item received.

Just to update, to post the item back was going to cost 3 times what I paid for the item, then upon further reading of posts about the issue many people who did post it back said that the seller claimed that they never received the item back, I gave up, will try to sell the watch...

Same scam, though I ordered mobility scooters in September, got two cheap watches yesterday. My order was a trap though...

My mom was going to order from a Facebook ad, but I *knew* it would be this bait & switch scam, so I completed the order using my PayPal CREDIT card (not regular PayPal). They have refunded the charge without my having to return the cheap watches.

Pasting the text of the email reply I got from the scammers here as spider food, since as we can see, they use the same addresses and often same "solutions" in their answers to request for refund. If it looks too good to be true, it is...

It just happened to me, exact email. I got 2 cheap USB cables. I will take the $60.00 loss and not return the item and lose more money on shipping. I cannot believe PayPal continues to enable criminals. I wish I had ordered through PayPal but it was PayPal who deducted from my bank account. Disgusting!

Hi I fell for the same scam with the dolan power water jet thingy, got a thing that attaches to a tap hose worth about a pound or so, got same email word for word, the seller goes by the name "CANDBUY" I sent them an email saying I had friends in Hong Kong who have friends in a province near them, said they were going to check them out, also mentioned I was wondering if the authorities knew about their scamming underhand ways and were they paying proper dues to the CCP lol, anywho I wont hold my breath for a positive reply!

This store has many names. Sadly, I got scammed from them too. I received the same email and I searched the address and that’s how I find this post. I had not receive my order yet, but other people that I contacted did and they send the wrong item. I have been collecting proof while waiting for my order ‘cause I want full refund and I won’t mail them whatever they send me ‘cause they did it obviously on purpose. Is not fair that we had to pay shipping cost of something that we did buy. So, I’m going to fight for my full refund. Also, I have been reporting every single advertisement from this kind of sales. They all look the same. They have same format.
Please send me an email (glenda27pr@gmail.com) with whatever resolution you get. Don’t accept their demands and notify PayPal or credit card about this people. We all have to come together to get our money back.

I have fallen for the same scam ordered a cat tree got a cheap cat tunnel they gave me the same email but I am fighting with them they are up to 65% but I have told them I will not accept less than 85% as that is the total minus the cost of the cheap item they sent me.

I’ve fallen for the same thing. It was a company called Noblefu who took my money then sent me a tiny dog bed instead of the 100cm one I ordered. I received the exact same email. I’ve emailed them 11 times now and they’ve stopped replying. Have you got anywhere with your complaint?

Yep, this same address (under the company name of iJade) scammed me for a cat waterer that had been advertised on Facebook. They sent me the exact same copied and pasted instructions for returning. Clearly, their scam is to get their $27 for the item and then ship a cheap piece of [censored] that is worth about 99 cents.

They KNOW that the customer in USA will not pay $25 to ship the item back, so they offer a 40 percent "instant" refund. In this way, they make about $15 profit on every scam order.

I plan to contact the U.S. company that makes the actual product that was advertised and let them know this fake company is puling a bait and switch illegal scam.

I received the exact same email for a cat waterer. I am trying to check on where the address is as I don't even think you can ship to this address as there is no postal code. I am trying to figure out if you can even really ship it back anyway or if this is just another ploy to make you think it is complicated and just have them give you 40% back to be done with it.
