10th November still no sign of my order.
Last recorded movement on tracking info was 25th October.
I have contacted customer services 4 times but they are ignoring my messages. I received just one email with a link to the tracking (which I already had).
The package is obviously lost and the company is not looking into this or providing me with an alternative.
Desired outcome: I would be grateful if the products could be shipped again with express delivery. Alternatively a full refund but I would prefer to receive the items.
